By using the website www.swimfavours.com, you declare and agree that you have carefully read, understood and agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a legally binding contract between you and Grupo Irochka S.A.S. Likewise, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions will be understood as i) clicking on the “Register” box, which also accepts the Terms and Conditions and authorizes the processing of personal data; ii) provide data and comply with the requirements to register as a CUSTOMER.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering on the website or using the services offered on the website, as they contain important information about your rights and duties as a Swim Favours customer.

MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You agree to regularly visit the website to read if there are changes to the Terms and Conditions, because they may be modified without prior notice, and will be applicable from the moment of their publication on this website. If you do not agree to comply with these or future Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using or accessing the Website.

Definitions.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, when the terms appear with their initial letter capitalized, they will have the meanings indicated below. Each defined term will include either the plural or the singular and any gender:

Client: means the people who access the website to purchase the Products offered there.

Personal Data: any information linked to or that can be associated with one or more specific or determinable natural persons (names, surnames, type and identification number, cell phone number, residence address, profession, among others).

Habeas Data: means the right that all people have to i) know what information about them is collected in databases; ii) update and supplement personal information collected by others; iii) rectify the information that other people have so that it matches reality; and iv) to request the exclusion of your personal information from databases.

Products: means all types of textile products, such as swimwear, sportswear, etc. manufactured and marketed by Grupo Irochka S.A.S. through its different commercial channels.

Company: means Grupo Irochka SAS, a commercial company established under Colombian legislation, domiciled in the city of identified with Nit.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

If you browse and purchase on the website www.swimfavours.com, you are accepting the terms and conditions referred to here, and those rules applicable to the relationship that exists between Swim Favours and you.

ORDERS / PURCHASE PROCESSES

Your order request can be made at any time and day of the week taking into account that our website is active 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, however, if the order is placed after hours 12:00 pm or Sundays and holidays, it will be processed the business day following its completion.

To purchase our products, you will need an email account to which the order confirmation will be sent.

Your order can be paid with credit or with debit cards, bank transfers.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We have stock of each of the products on our website. You can check availability by adding the product to your shopping cart. However, if between the purchase and the processing of the order the product is no longer available, you will be informed by a call and/or an email and/or text messages through different applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, among others, and you can choose a garment with another reference or the money back for the unavailable product for which you paid.

SWIM FAVOURS POLICIES: SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

SHIPMENT: All shipping costs inside and outside Colombian territory are assumed by the customer. The shipping value will be reflected in the order summary, once the city and shipping address have been entered.

DELIVERY TIMES: Once the order is accepted, the order processing time is 4 to 5 business days for the entire country. After the order is processed, it will be shipped. Please keep in mind that delivery time excludes the days needed for the order to be processed and shipped. We only ship from Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm Colombia time.

PLEASE NOTE: During holidays and shopping seasons such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday, please allow us 1 – 6 business days to process your order.

In any case, said period will not exceed thirty (30) calendar days, granted by law, from when the order was placed until it is delivered.
